Hey everyone. I've been lurking for a while and finally thinking of pulling the trigger on a car from Ascent Trade Zone. The prices for their repossessed vehicles seem really good, almost too good. I'm a bit nervous about buying a car sight unseen from an online auction. Has anyone here actually bought from them? Are they legit? Looking for some honest feedback before I bid.

You're in the right place to ask. I've bought two cars from them over the past three years. A 2021 Ford Explorer for the wife and a little project car for myself. Both times the process was smooth. The descriptions are accurate if you read them carefully. They're one of the better repo houses out there, imo.

The reports on ascenttradezone.com are pretty comprehensive. They show you tons of photos, point out any noticeable scratches or dings, and give you a condition summary. Just remember it's a used car, not a new one. I've found them to be very transparent. For a repo auction, it's as good as it gets.

Can confirm. The best part for me was the title process. I hate dealing with the DMV. Ascent Trade Zone handled clearing the bank lien and everything. The clear title and all the official documents were sent via courier and arrived right with my Tacoma. Zero headaches.
